Job Brief

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team! We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside Sales Representative that will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with current buying accounts as well as cold calling businesses to set appointments for outside reps. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for making 65 calls a day and setting a minimum of 10 appointments a week. You will conduct business reviews with target accounts via telephone, email, and webinars to identify additional ways ICC can help our clients save time and be more profitable. ICC Business Products specializes in helping businesses save time and increase profits by providing a higher level of account management and support than anyone else. Our focus and expertise is in looking at the big picture to make the procurement decisions with the best impact for the business as a whole. We do this in the areas of copiers and printers, office supplies and facilities, safety and break room products, promotional and branded products, and office furniture.

Job Duties
  • Respond to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and cold calling businesses to set appointments for outside reps
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile with all information, sources, etc.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales or set appointment
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits and prepare sales quotes and/or orders
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
Requirements
  • Two to three years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures

We are searching for a results-driven Account Manager to handle a sales territory of customers. A successful Account Manager will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. Manage handoff from Business Develop Manager to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied.

Result: Maintain and increase sales and profit from existing customers measured by a 12-month moving average
By
Tasks: The activity required to meet the result is defined as phone calls (minimum 70 calls a week), new category development meetings (minimum 3 per week) and account reviews (minimum 10 a week). All activity will be recorded and monitored via Hubspot and open tasks in Hubspot to be cleared every day.

*This position is a base salary of $35-45K based on experience, PLUS commission as well as a monthly car allowance.*
