  1. Why won't my order submit?

    In the shopping cart checkout page there are two options for payment. The first is to enter your credit card number. The second is available to those clients with whom we have setup credit terms. You MUST select one of these options to submit your order. The tricky part is that there is a small circle to the left of each option to select that option. You must select one of those circles for the order to go.

  2. I selected PO as a payment option, why doesn't the order submit?

    Our system requires that we have some information for the PO#. If you select the circle to the left of the PO box, that is not enough to submit the order. We need something in that box, it doesn't have to be a number your company actually uses. You could enter just your name, or today's date. As long as their is something in that box it will come over to us without a problem and that information will be reflected on your packing slip and invoice.
